Rouffiac - Blanc
This distinctive dry white wine from the Lot valley is made from Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grapes. It benefits from additional ageing in French acacia barrels. It has a rich texture and a lovely freshness. Its aromas of yellow and exotic fruits make it a perfect choice to accompany fish, white meats and grilled vegetables.

- Vinification and ageing: Sulphite-free harvesting and vinification. Gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation partly in new French acacia barrels and partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats until a dry wine is obtained. Aged for several months in these containers with regular stirring of the lees. Bottled at the estate.
